Tahiti. Golden Tee 2010 offers up five NEW strikingly unique places to
tee off!
While the courses are
without a doubt remarkable, don't be fooled simply by the magnificence
of each hole. The baby blue waters and smoking hot lava of Tahiti Cove
are appealing to the eye but not to the scorecard. The giant rocks and
winding canyons of Monument Valley intertwine with the great outdoors
to provide a brilliant chess match throughout eighteen holes. The
courses in 2010 are unlike any you've ever played.
Options Menu
The Options Menu is the player's hub for customization and game
options. By pressing this yellow button during game play; players will
be taken to a menu that offers a myriad of customizable attributes that
are designed for personal preferences and to increase the game's
overall entertainment value. Here's how to use the options menu!
Customize Golfer
Pick a gender, chose a face, and deck your golfer out in thousands of
possible outfit combinations! Earn unique pieces of clothing for
milestones and accomplishments!
Equipment Setup
Choose clubs and balls that are designed for your personal playing
style including: Callaway® Clubs, Odyssey® Putters, and Top Flite® Golf
Balls!
To choose or buy equipment, highlight and select "Equipment Setup" prior to teeing-off on hole #1.
- Buy Clubs – Shows Club Sets features and benefits and offers players a one-time purchase of $2 per set for permanent use.
- Buy Golf Balls
– Shows the features and benefits of available golf balls and offers
players the option to purchase them for 50¢ a dozen. Like real golf,
these balls are consumable - lose one in the water and it's gone. Be
sure to stock up on the first hole!
- Select Clubs – Arms player with any of the purchased club sets prior to tee-off.
- Select Balls – Choose to use any of the purchased balls prior to tee-off.
Change Personal Info
With this screen players can edit their name used for LIVE contest
leaderboards. This simple feature is available at any time during game
play and will be saved for future events. Players around the globe will
see the changed name on the LIVE leaderboard the instant it is made.
To Change Personal Info:
- Press the OPTIONS button and select CHANGE PERSONAL INFO from the menu.
- By rolling the trackball and selecting characters with the START button, enter your first and last name(or desired nickname).
- Select NEXT to move to last name field.
- Select DONE to finish.
- Select YES or NO when asked if the entered information is correct.
Give Away Code
Players can enter special Give Away Codes to unlock a variety of unique and entertaining Golden Tee LIVE items.
To Enter Give Away Code:
- Press OPTIONS and select GIVE AWAY CODE from the menu.
- Using the trackball and START button, enter the 10-digit Give Away Code and select DONE when complete.
- Unlocked item will then be displayed.
Update Status on Facebook

Turn Hit List On
The Hit List returns in Golden Tee 2010 with a wide variety of awesome
bands that you can listen to while you play! Just highlight and select
"Turn Hit List On" and the first song will begin. Go to
TurnHitListOn.com to learn more about the 2010 bands and check out the weekly play list schedule!
Lock/Unlock Quick Shot
New to Golden Tee 2010! Lock and Unlock Quick Shot at any point in a
game. Simply press the "Options" button and highlight and select "Lock
Quick Shot" to speed up your game without having to press a single
thing while you play! Select "Unlock Quick Shot" to turn this feature
off at anytime.
Skip Golfer
Need to take a break? By selecting this, players can skip one's turn
without penalty. This way the entire foursome does not have to wait
while a player takes a bathroom or beer break.
All Play Random Tees
Level the playing field! During a multi-player
GLORY game, players have the option to compete from the same random tee boxes despite any difference in their
SKILL BRACKET! At any time during the round players can access the OPTIONS menu and select
ALL PLAY RANDOM TEES. This feature is available in both single and multi-player games.
Player Quit
This option can be used to quit a game before it is completed.
Return to GameUsed to exit out of Options Menu and return to game play.
